Aston and Fincher works with our suppliers to ensure your orders are complete and delivered safely and on time. We offer standard delivery times of 2-3 working days, though it will usually be next day. Any delivery queries, please email us on email@example.com or call 0345 201 0825.
Next day orders need to be received before 1pm, Monday - Thursday to guarantee delivery. If items are out of stock we will contact you.
Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £50+ ex VAT, to UK mainland addresses. It excludes furniture or exceptional items; we will contact you in these cases.
Our delivery Terms and Conditions are detailed below:
a) Your delivery address
You have the option to give a different delivery address to your payment card address. This means that you can have your order sent to a different address if required. The address provided for delivery should have a person available to sign for the order between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
b) UK Mainland Delivery – England, Scotland and Wales
Please allow up to 5 working days from the time the order is placed. However, it is likely that you will receive your order before this.
c) UK Non-Mainland Delivery – Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight
Please allow up to 8 working days from the time the order is placed. Additional delivery charges may apply.
d) If you are a European customer, please complete your order but then contact 00 44 345 201 0825 to arrange delivery or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery will depend upon destination and weight of products. Please remember that we cannot deliver products to countries that we are prohibited from serving.
f) Delivery of heavy items - if an item or an order is too heavy to fall under normal delivery terms we will contact you and advise of an estimated delivery date within 2-3 working days after your order is placed.
a) Products that are faulty and products damaged in transit or sent incorrectly.
When goods have been ordered and they have been damaged in transit or are faulty, Aston & Fincher can agree their return only upon the following conditions:
The customer must notify Aston and Fincher by email within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Authorisation for the return must be gained. A request must be made via email at email@example.com
Aston and Fincher will organise collection of the product. A replacement item will be sent at no extra charge. If the product can not be replaced a refund will be given once the faulty item has been received by Aston and Fincher.
The refund will be via the payment details you have previously provided with your order.
A refund will only be given once the parcel has been received and checked.
b) Return Exceptions
Unless the product is proven to be mechanically faulty we cannot accept the return of the following products if they have been already used: Clippers, trimmers, razors, blades and scissors. Aston and Fincher have the right to change this list if required.
We make every effort to ensure that the website is correct, but we reserve the right to change product specifications, prices, errors and omissions without prior notification. We have taken great care to ensure the accuracy of sizes, prices, images and specifications given. Whilst such details are given as a guide and in good faith, they are subject to alteration without notice.
All offers on this website are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
Guarantees for all items and equipment are according to manufacturer's warranty. All glass items are specifically excluded from this guarantee.
Colours shown on this website are a guide only and are shown as best as possible for a computer screen. Aston and Fincher can not be held responsible for colour imperfections.
Retention of Title
a) Property, legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by the seller, shall pass to the buyer only when the seller has received full payment for all sums then owed by the buyer to the seller.
b) Goods in respect of which property has remained with the seller, shall be kept identifiable as those of the seller, and the buyer shall at its own expense immediately return such goods to the seller, or permit the seller to enter into the buyer's premises to collect such goods should the seller so request.
c) Risk shall pass to the buyer with possession of the goods.
