Details

Hara tools are made from high quality plasma coated steel. To ensure they are kept in the best condition please follow these cleaning instructions.

  • Wash in warm soapy water.
  • After washing ensure that you hand dry your tools – do not leave them to air dry.
  • Use a disinfectant spray, autoclave or UV sterilizer.
  • Oil scissors and nippers to ensure that the mechanism remains smooth.

Do not drop tools as this can damage them.

Delivery

Delivery Info: Aston & Fincher works with our suppliers to ensure your orders are complete and delivered safely and on time. We offer standard delivery times of 1-3 working days, though it will usually be the next day. Any delivery queries, please email us on businessservices@afteam.co.uk or call 0345 201 0825

Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £50+ ex. VAT (£60+ inc. VAT), to UK mainland addresses. It excludes furniture and exceptional items; we will contact you in these cases.

During our online VAT Free promotional period, free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £83.33 ex VAT, which is the same as £100+ inc VAT.

Furniture and Special Order Deliveries: Furniture and special-order items have different times based on availability and production hours. Please contact us for any queries.

Lead-times are therefore given as a guideline only. You will be advised of lead-times on placement of order, but if items are required by a specific date, please contact us before placing orders online.

Once an order has been placed, it can take up to 5 working days for Aston & Fincher to receive the manufacturer's production confirmation. This will have an approx. date of dispatch from the manufacturers.

At this stage, Aston & Fincher will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date to the UK.
