NXT Live Life in Colour

Today sees the launch of the latest NXT Collection Live Life in Colour - a collection inspired by the world around us. The past, present and future have been combined to give us a selection of looks that embrace both the classic and bold.

The Aston & Fincher team took part in a 2-day photoshoot in London, helping create and manifest this iconic collection. A variety of models were selected to showcase the collection on different hair types and skin tones and so Live Life in Colour was born…

Photos to be used in marketing collateral for in-salon and digital were produced, including social media images, website banners, posters, booklets and more. We can’t wait for you to get your hands on these!

Fun & playful

Inspired by the retro sweets; Love Hearts, Fizzers and Parma Violets. These beautiful pinks, mauves and lavenders are an inspiration for all the light-hearted, free spirits out there. Covering a variety of shades, hues and tones that are feminine and youthful, a beautiful soft pastel is complementary to all skin tones – ideal for adding a fun and playful, but elegant burst of colour.

Milk Chocolate

Rich milk chocolate tones with a ruby chocolate twist! Sumptuous and indulgent, swirling melted chocolate that emulates the fall and bounce of a beautiful blow dry. Copper

This shiny mineral has been a glint in the eye since 8000 BC. With so many practical uses, its workability, conductivity, durability, anti-bacterial properties and recyclability, it’s no wonder this iconic material is used in so many areas of modern life – the beauty and splendour of its colour has been adopted in the hair industry too. Using various hues and shades of copper to create striking, powerful looks - this one will never become extinct!

Classic Blonde

We’re always striving for the perfect blonde - but what is the perfect blonde? Well, for the blonde of the moment - think classic, old school glamour. Not too platinum, not too ash, and never yellow; look to create a softer, more delicate colour that compliments skin tone. Blonde that is pretty and timeless, where the colourist uses placement of the hair to frame the face.

Walnut

The spectrum of colour between blonde and brunette is, to the trained eye, a medium to dark blonde; and to the untrained, a light brown. In contrast to a deep brunette, a medium blonde that echoes the colour of a walnut shell which lifts and lightens to give a multidimensional presence. This delicate colour used in combination with a peekaboo balayage placement technique gives an edgy, exciting, contemporary look.
