How to Use:

  • On a sunbed: Apply all over your body within 10 minutes of your sunbed session.
  • While sunbathing: Apply SPF 20 minutes before sun exposure, then apply the lotion. Reapply every 2 hours, or more frequently after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
