Developed for professional and freelance lash technicians and beauty therapists, this high-performance formula works to set and stabilise the newly lifted shape of lashes and brows following the lifting stage.

This neutralising lotion ensures that the desired curl and structure are locked in place, helping to deliver long lasting, defined results. When used as part of the complete Hara system, it creates the appearance of more open, youthful eyes with fuller looking lashes and perfectly styled brows.
