Pulp Riot’s Neon Electric line delivers the same amazing conditioner based, vibrant and true to tone formula, but is UV reactive so your client can shine bright (under black light). As with all Pulp Riot products it is cruelty-free, vegan, free of silicones, MEA, parabens and contains the nourishing natural bond builder quinoa. So easily blendable, they are the perfect consistency to achieve the modern blending techniques to deliver the Insta-worthy results hair artists and today’s clients demand.

THE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Do not use a conditioner or treatment prior to applying Pulp Riot
  2. If pre-lightening the hair, make sure to completely shampoo out bleach or toner 
  3. Do not mix Pulp Riot with a developer 
  4. Apply Pulp Riot to clean, dry hair 
  5. Saturation is key. Working with 1/2 inch sections makes saturation easy
  6. Leave on the hair for 25 to 40 minutes, without heat
  7. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. No Shampoo. Conditioner on ends optional
  • Neon shades glow in black/UV lighting
  • For the brightest and truest colour tone results, apply on pre-lightened hair
  • Shades can all be mixed with each other to create custom colors
  • Clear can be used to dilute colors to make them lighter or pastel and Noir (black) can be added to colors to make them darker

Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £50+ ex. VAT (£60+ inc. VAT), to UK mainland addresses. It excludes furniture and exceptional items; we will contact you in these cases.

During our online VAT Free promotional period, free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £83.33 ex VAT, which is the same as £100+ inc VAT.

Lead-times are therefore given as a guideline only. You will be advised of lead-times on placement of order, but if items are required by a specific date, please contact us before placing orders online.

Once an order has been placed, it can take up to 5 working days for Aston & Fincher to receive the manufacturer's production confirmation. This will have an approx. date of dispatch from the manufacturers.
