The GelBottle Inc Fibre BIAB 20ml is a professional TPO and HEMA-free fibre gel designed to create strong, durable nail enhancements while helping to protect against breakage. Reinforced with thousands of microscopic Nylon-66 fibres, the formula strengthens the overall structure of the enhancement, making it ideal for long-lasting natural nail overlays and extensions.
Its medium-viscosity, self-levelling consistency provides smooth, controlled application, while the new C-curve brush supports clean, precise placement with an anti-leak design. Fibre BIAB can be used as a base, builder and sculpting gel, providing nail technicians with a versatile product suitable for natural nail overlays, traditional extensions and the express DesignEx Pro system.
Available in a choice of shades, Fibre BIAB allows professional and freelance nail technicians to select the most suitable finish for each client while maintaining the same strengthening and structural benefits across the range.
The zero-to-low heat-spike formula enhances client comfort during curing, while soak-off removal supports efficient maintenance and removal. Made in the UK, Fibre BIAB is a dependable choice for professionals looking to create strong, refined and long-lasting nail services.

Application Guide:
Step 1: Nail Preparation
- Sanitise your hands and the client’s hands.
- Push back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher, such as the TGB ProPrep.
- Carefully remove excess cuticle using ProNip Cuticle Nippers.
- File the nails into the desired shape using a TGB 220/240 File.
- Lightly etch the nail plate using the 100-grit side of a TGB 100/180 Buffer. Pay particular attention to the cuticle area and sidewalls to maximise retention.
- Dehydrate and cleanse the nail plate using 100% pure acetone.
Step 2: Base Layer
- Apply a thin layer of Fibre BIAB TPO & HEMA-Free to the prepared natural nail.
- Cure for 99 seconds using Low Heat Mode in the TGB Lamp.
- For clients who require additional support or improved retention, such as those with oily, flexible or high-impact nails, apply a thin layer of Rubber Base or Bond Base before applying Fibre BIAB.
Step 3: First Building Layer
- Work on one nail at a time.
- Apply a medium bead of Fibre BIAB, spreading the product from side to side and gently dragging it away from the cuticle area.
- Avoid creating excessive product build-up around the free edge.
- Turn the client’s hand over briefly to help form the apex.
- Cure for 99 seconds using Low Heat Mode in the TGB Lamp.
Step 4: Second Building Layer
- Apply a second medium bead of Fibre BIAB when additional structure is required.
- Continue to work on one nail at a time, spreading the product from side to side and dragging it away from the cuticle area.
- Avoid excessive build-up around the free edge.
- Turn the client’s hand over to help form the apex.
- Cure for 99 seconds using Low Heat Mode in the TGB Lamp.
Step 5: Refine
- Remove the tacky layer using acetone or isopropyl alcohol.
- Refine the nail using a TGB 120/180 File.
- Buff the enhancement into shape using a TGB 100/180 Buffer. Concentrate on reducing excess product around the cuticle and free edge and smoothing any fibres visible on the surface.
- Remove dust using a Dusting Brush.
- Cleanse the nail using isopropyl alcohol.
Step 6: Finish
- When adding TGB Gel Colour, follow the recommended TGB Gel Polish application steps.
- Apply your chosen TGB Top Coat.
- Cure for 60 seconds using the TGB Lamp.
- Apply a small amount of Cuticle Essence to each cuticle, avoiding contact with the nail surface to minimise dulling of the top coat.
Important: When working with a client who has a confirmed HEMA allergy, use a complete HEMA-free system, including compatible base products, top coats and colour products. Always check the full ingredient list and follow the manufacturer’s professional-use guidance before application.
