The “C” variant of the Perform range is enriched with Bond Builder Technology and ideal for all perming techniques where hair condition is a priority. Easy to apply and developed for both freelance and salon professionals, it delivers consistent results with a soft, touchable finish.

How To Use:

  • Shampoo and apply pre-treatment as needed

  • Wind hair onto rods and apply perming lotion 3 times per rod

  • Let develop, then rinse for 3 minutes

  • Neutralise using Wella Perform Perm Neutraliser:

    • Pour 100ml into a bowl, apply 2/3 with sponge and develop for 5 minutes

    • Remove rods, apply the remaining 1/3, develop another 5 minutes, then rinse

  • Finish with post-treatment to stabilise and complete the service
